No tracking or advertising cookies

Our website, the QR menus and the staff screens do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking pixels. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

What we store in your browser

Some functions keep small amounts of data in your browser’s local storage. This is strictly necessary for the function you use and does not require consent:

• Language – the language you selected on our website, QR menu or staff screen.
• Cart and order session (QR menus with table ordering) – the items in your cart and a random code that links your orders to your table. No name or contact details.
• Staff screens – language and which ready items staff have already seen.
• Menu Builder – the login session of our administrator.
• Offline copy (installable app version) – a copy of pages and menu data so they still open without an internet connection.

External services

Fonts and images are served from our own domain. The order and renewal pages, QR menus with ordering and the staff screens load a program library from jsDelivr, and payments are processed on Stripe’s own checkout page. These services receive technical data such as your IP address but do not set tracking cookies through our pages. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can delete stored data at any time in your browser settings (for example “Clear browsing data” / “Site data”). Functions such as the cart or the selected language will then start fresh. Questions: info@smartmenusolutions.com.
